We were welcomed by Mirko in a very welcoming and warm room.
Delicious menu, chef Gloria took us through a culinary journey full of flavours.
My partner tried the tasting menu, I tried the vegetarian one while our daughter (9 years old) chose two à la carte dishes. She was so impressed with the lunch that she described it in a school essay as an "unforgettable Christmas holiday experience" 😁

A small pearl in a small town in Carnia.
The place looks good from the outside: well-kept and with a perfect combination of stone and wood. Inside, extensive use is made of wood (in some cases recycled) and some modern furnishings that make a pleasant contrast. We were in the attic room, which with only three tables was much more intimate.
The tasting menu offers 7 courses, all cooked with skill: the mushrooms and especially the ravioli are really good.
Good waiters, fast and discreet
Curiosity after seeing Gloria in the kitchen on Masterchef led us to try this restaurant. The choice of the diners was for the tasting menu... an excellent choice for the sight, smell and taste... you can feel the Carina in every dish. The only pity is that the wines are not all local. The environment was very nice and the fact that Chef Gloria stopped by each table to say hello.
Warm and welcoming place, my husband and I were very happy to have had this experience. Very good menu, very soft and tasty meat, space spaghetti! The staff is very kind and attentive! Chef Gloria was very nice and stayed at our table at the end of lunch. Go and visit her in Raveo, Friulians and non-Friulians! Worth more than one visit

Welcoming, kind and knowledgeable staff; Refined menu, exceptional presentation of dishes, capable of enhancing local products and the flavors of Carnia. An explosion of flavor with every taste! We chose this restaurant for a special occasion, it undoubtedly contributed to making it unique.
More than a dinner, it was an incredible experience of aromas and flavors. Each dish was masterfully prepared and explained in every detail. We took the tasting menu, to be able to taste more things: the wild herbs - personally picked by chef Gloria - were the common thread throughout the dinner. Right choice! Each course was perfect, in taste, smell and sight. (Well done Gloria who also took the time to greet all the guests).
